Cliché Plot, Nice Art

Why are women always one of the triggers for the MC to get beaten? The cultivation world sucks if you’re crippled. It’s too damn pathetic. IT’S LAZY WRITING!

There are millions of people in the cultivation world, and not all of them can cultivate. Why do only MCs face tribulations? It’s so biased. Why can’t they write a normal person living a normal, everyday life in a cultivation world? I don’t believe there are no farmers there. Those normal people should be called trash too, right?

Fckn lazy writers.

On the contrary, this manhua gets better and better as you read it… fck all the kidnapping, though. Every one of the MC’s relatives either gets kidnapped or pushed aside. IT’S LAZY WRITING.

The art gets worse and worse as you read, where the MC’s face shape turns into either a mango or a pentagon.

Characters become dramatic instantly; there’s no transition. The abrupt emotional shifts just turn me off.

The plot progression feels completely unearned. It’s predictable and biased. The MC becomes weak when the plot needs it and suddenly becomes strong when he’s about to die, and boom, here comes the deus ex machina. You’re safe, MC! Then the MC gets a girl. The girl falls in love. The MC falls in love. And oh, what a coincidence, a powerful individual from a stronger realm shows up and kidnaps her. Sometimes even the MC’s wife and child get kidnapped. For what? For the fckn plot’s sake. It’s fckn lazy writing.

It's starts of great and even has a unique story to it. It's harem despite not having the genre tag for it, however one of the "harem" members gets completely written out after the first 50 some chapters despite MC making a promise to her she gets referenced like once in the next 150-170 chapters.

The most interesting part in the story is the Shadow Demon Cult who creates several plots against various families which are thwarted by the MC inadvertently and gains favor from those families also seems to have been written out too for the last 70-80 chapters which includes another "harem" member whom the MC had an incident with.

After the incident with the Shadow Demon Cult's Sainted the story goes downhill fast degrading into the standard cultivation story. Even the unique part of the MC having a little spirit master seems to have disappeared as she hasn't been seen for 70 chapters I believe.

A good read if you're like the martial arts/supernatural books. The MC has a moderate temperament, only seeks to destroy if provoked to that level. Does offer mercy to apologists. art is about a 7.5, story 7.5(could get better).
Some triggers here for s3xUaL violence.

Entertaining light read

Very cliche : waste boy is offended before finding his true power, challenges the offender three years later, and start to grow super fast.

The MC is not overly vengeful, agressive or arrogant. And the fighting is not boring an long.

The pace is good, the fighting part are never excessively long, , it still could have more substance, but there seems to be a bigger plot underlying the teenager’s tribulations and you meet several interesting characters on the way.
