Clumsy and choppy

I am honestly surprised with how clumsily the author handled her story here - it doesn't quite match my impressions of her writing chops in a few other works from hers that I've read before.
The whole manga feels like a mishmash of cut-and-paste images for different scenes without proper transition devices acting as cohesive glue between them, so the flow of the story becomes rather awkward and disjointed at times.
Dialogues also need more work; there's no tact and subtlety at all, which should have been a priority for a story with this kind of subject and direction (though the translator might partly shoulder the blame for that one - it sometimes reads like a child is talking).
I also have problems with the artwork and particularly the expressions on characters' faces. The mangaka can draw cute and sweet with her eyes closed, but she needs to vastly improve on 'pained' and serious facial emotions, or else her attempts at more mature works will just render laughable or lacking in depth in the end.

A decent read

Contrary to what liontaraki in the comment before mine seems to think, in my opinion there's nothing appalling about this seme, and there's nothing taboo about their relationship. The guy's wife is dead and has been for a while; they didn't so much as look at each other wrong while she was alive. She didn't "ask him to take care of her little brother," she said she'd leave them to each other -- which isn't the same thing at all. While Keiichirou did seem to be looking for excuses to justify his attraction to his wife's brother, that's perfectly natural behaviour for someone who simultaneously wants to move on with his love/sex life and honour his dead partner -- it's a silly desire, but understandable. And...someone who's an all-rounder should only fall in love with another all-rounder? That's just nonsense!
Now for my own views: the story is fairly well-done within the boundaries of its premise: the hesitation, the buildup from mere physical attraction to love, Yuki's devotion towards his sister to the point that he'll continue to reject his own happiness even when doing so would do her no good, the excuses Keiichirou (who, being the seme, naturally has to take the initiative to move things forward) makes to justify his own actions, are all done as realistically as a BL story obviously aiming for a happy ending can manage. And the conclusion itself was pretty nice: it didn't jump straight into the HEA, and instead hinted that there will be more guilt and regret to overcome, this time for both of them together.
All told, a decent read, especially for yaoi.

Tbh, I didn't support the main couple at all. Yuuki seemed like an over-achiever, he was a college student trusted by his professor, he was a sought-after employee candidate, he handled all the housework by himself, his personality was great and he was well-liked by everyone and out of all the possible love interests he had to like his late sister's husband, a weak and lazy bum who was only good at his job. I couldn't see Keiichirou's redeeming side at all. Shindou (Yuki's friend) was a better option and less morally questionable. I, also, didn't buy this "My wife told me to take care of her little brother after death, that can only mean that she wanted me to jump him plus a sakura tree bloomed and that's a supernatural sign that my wife from the other world wants me to go for it even more". If you wanted to touch him so much, don't justify your actions. Yuuki was agonizing about this because he knew that a relationship with his brother-in-law is inexcusable but Keiichirou was too calm and carefree about it.
