with a more polished art. the story itself is not a problem as one do not expect much from a one shot, but i think emotions can be conveyed more if the art have more life in it. the panelling is a bit uninspiring i must say. but its short, so try this.

Well, it's a really short oneshot, about literally a girl's life after her city floods? Despite the fact that it doesn't have dialogue - it clearly shows the emotions and memories of the girl well. And don't think it's all about her reminsicing about the past - it shows her current llife..and maybe a wistful longing for what life used to be? I guess it's a story open to interpretation. Wonderful colored backgrounds though.
