Author is illiterate lols.
The story doesn't make any sense ML is literally brainless dog who can't process logical thinking like dude you've loves this woman since childhood but after just forgetting 6 monthes he is like wtf his this trash and begins to treat her horribly as much as possible there no need for unnecessary trash development and misunderstandings like some cow brain author will write.
