This one was actually not bad! While it's not a masterpiece by any chance, it did have a few interesting bits that held my interested and made me want to read more! First, the story is a maudlin cliche, with a secret agent transmigrating to a body of a mistreated but high born girl. We have jealous sisters, family intrigue, assassins, poisonings, all the typical bunch of tropes. However, the FL is a refreshingly cool, calm and collected character, and while this made her less colorful than a perky girl, it also made her more unique. The ML I also found to be a bit outside of the box, he's a clever, crafy fox who's very good at playing a carefree playboy. But the real highlight here is the engrossing love triangle between ML and FL and the Emperor. The FL actively tried to run away from the Emperor, and he tries to woo her. It's great seeing a guy who gets everything he wants at a snap of his fingers have to try, for once, to get the object of his desires. It doesn't come easy for him, and he's a bit impatient, but he tries. And the last part, with the assassination attempt and the whole setup, actually showed promise IMHO. Who did ti and why? Sadly, the mangua got dropped and bye bye! Too sad, since this was better than many other manguas of the same type... But what can you do, I'm of to find another gem in the genre...

Firstly, the names were butchered so badly - Khloe, Austin, Aster... it feels so awkward reading it. Secondly, the whole story is a mess and jumbled up. There's no proper introduction to the characters and it made the story a chore to read. The art is also rather poor as well, I cannot see any good looking characters in this story. Lastly, the panels are a wreck and it made the story feel very, very poorly executed. If this does not deter people from reading, the plot is basically a cliche story of how the MC transmigrated into someone's body and helps her take revenge and all that. Just that the story is written and executed in a bad way and it makes the whole thing and the characters so ultra 2D and superficial.

And yet another assassin transmigrated into yet another noble girl (soon to be imperial concubine) fallen into disgrace and being bullied, as expected the MC decides to take revenge for the old inhabitant of the body. I really don't get it how this authors don't even have the imagination to change 1 variable of the formula.
Setting aside the MC in this one tries to free herself from the clutches of the Emperor and that's probably were it becomes a bit more interesting. She's quite intelligent and cool headed and her way of dealing with the issues are a bit more logical than in similar manhuas.
All in all it's more of the same thing, it's better than several others but it's not that great either. It's like a bit more mature Shen Yi Di Nu and with better art but with an MC that relies less on the tongue and more on skill and schemes which has it pros and cons.
