Fruity juice cans that turn into humans? That's so cool!
Just for the idea and humor alone I give this manga 6/10. The other point comes from the plot, which had its ups and downs (mostly downs for me). But the humor was spectacular.
This also has moments of ecchi for anyone into that kinda thing.

A great series that has both comedy and drama. While on the exterior, Akikan! seems like a fun slice-of-life, it has much more going for it: The continuous story, the succinct action scenes, the tragic events; it just keeps you hungry for more.
While the anime was good in its own right, the concise seriousness of the uncensored manga leaves little for competition. This is a serialization that knows its direction, and it won me over indeed.
