Boring characters without development, random plot routes, simple visuals.

This manga lacks a real main plot, which could have given it much more solidity and narrative strength. However I like the smooth ending, it keeps the tone that was set for this story and uses well the idea of the hero facing invincible opponent after invincible opponent, with a hint of irony.
The characters are not that unique but they're all pleasant. The dragon design is cool. Overall, it's a fairly good and fairly standard isekai.

So bad

The whole dragon-turned-human is a pretty cool concept, and I expected this pace to continue but it quickly fell short. First, you get a cringey typical "saved-an-elf-slave-now-she-calls-me-master" right at the start, and they tried to justify sexualizing the 14 YEAR OLD elf by claiming that she's "considered an adult in this world". Fine, let's say this isn't a dealbreaker.
What's irritating is how the MC's morals seem to make no sense in the middle of the story
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
I wouldn't call him a righteous person but he helps random children on the street yet just stands and do nothing when his believers are literally getting massacred. Afterwards, MC killed the enemy and to the survivors of his believers who are grateful that he killed the enemy, he said "Ah don't worry I just didn't like those guys, and because <female member of harem> asked me to do so." Wait, so your reasoning for killing a literal enemy isn't because they massacred your believers but because your harem member asked you to and you just didn't like them???

MC's personality was nice and refreshing at the start but this nice and refreshing aspect takes a step too far to become gross and shows his lack of morals. Protagonists don't have to be nice and righteous saviors but if he was shown being a moral and rather good person at the start, then the author should have stuck with this characterization.

Lastly, did I mention how lame the bad guys are? If the bad guys were well written, this story could be saved but even they are awful. They act like teenagers undergoing puberty and the plans they devise are so crappy.

Overall, the art is alright, the plot is alright but the storytelling and character personalities are just bad.

So Bad it's Good

I don't know why this is so good. The art is bad. The characters have less depth than my lawn on a rainy day. The plot and world are so generic they transcend the ordinarily generic. This is the worst isekai manga I've ever read, and in a warped way, it's the best isekai manga I've ever read.

Really, this kind of hit my sweet spot yet I don't know how, it's probably worth a 8 out of 10 for me right now(gave it a 10 because people are being way too harsh on it). For a change of pace, we have a non-human protagonist, although he's still sadly a former human from earth with the mindset of a japanese person, so I guess he's still pretty much a human with powers. I like how he's actually extremely OP but I don't like how the author chose to make him unable to freely change back and forth between human and dragon shape. I also dislike the generic "I never kill any human, no matter how bad they are" attitude that we can see in this and most other japanese manga/novels, I mean, it's always fine to kill monsters even if they're sentient/can talk as long as they do something bad, but abhor the thought of doing the same with humanoid villains such as elves, humans, dwarves etc. Hypocrisy at its best.

I kinda liked the happy-go-lucky style and light-hearted story. At least this mc doesn't take crap from people even if he does not kill people unlike most no-balls mcs out there. He's OP and he knows it, so his attitude befits that in that he's not scared of anything. Sadly his way of tackling problems are still pretty much the same as the way of other japanese mcs, he'll put up a stupid game, try to avoid killing or even hurting people and just let them attack him when in dragon form or in human form he'll use stuff like killing intent or whatever. I never expected anything else though, I'd have to go for chinese or at least korean novels to get that.

Anyway, it's hard to explain exactly why, but I really loved reading this while being in anguish over the low chapter count that is available at the moment(11). However, if I look at it without caring about that enjoyment I got out of it, it's not really anything special. There's no great jokes, it's not particularly funny, the plot is actually nothing great... But it had a great mood going, I had a happy smile reading it and that's far more than I can say for most stuff out there. It's kinda giving me similar feelings to kuma kuma kuma bear(novel) and some other fluffy lighthearted stuff that you read which gives you a great, warm feeling and smile even if it's not extremely funny or great, however this one doesn't play on cuteness and instead has another thing going. We know that he, as the most powerful dragon, will never truly be in great trouble even if the author likes to make things appear serious, so just take it for what it is and don't expect any proper action or great drama and it'll be a good read. Don't go around expecting deep and extravagant plot, super battles or something really serious after looking at the tags and description. It is just a light hearted story with some comedy and OP-ness. It's pretty annoying when people expect something else than what it is and get disappointed when their uneducated guesses didn't hit the mark and therefore decide to rate it below even average.

Honestly, I have to agree fully with Vwombat who posted a review later than me. It's actually garbage in many ways, but it's "so bad it's good", in a weird way, it's one of the best I've ever read, but my reasoning and logic is telling me that it's actually crap. It's kinda like junk food, you know it's bad for you, but your brain says "f*ck logic". It's very rare for me to find such an unusual manga.

Holy sh*t this turned to hell quickly. Even at chapter 11, I noticed that it had a lot of trashy aspects but it wasn't enough for me to care about it as the mood was decent, but it just gets worse and worse and really quickly at that. The story is garbage and so is the mc and every event in here but somehow it might've still been readable even so, but then comes the issue of the art which looks like something a total newbie drew up. It's stiff and completely lacks any form of flow and form. It just looks so damn bad and it makes the manga even more stiff than it already is. It looks very unnatural.

So, don't read this unless you're just going to read the first several chapters.

Yes the mc takes on human form but he still has the power of a dragon, I'll say avoid it if you really don't like harem stuff and op mc, but come on he's been reborn as the most powerful mythological entity ever a fucking dragon what did you expect

I have hope for this manga at chapter one, but turn out this manga just your average isekai reincarnation story. If you want something new, maybe you will disappointed, but if you love isekai harem story, maybe you will like this.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
only chapter 1 that really really worth reading (for me) because I love cute story with his minion, but then chapter 2 is come and that cool dragon become human. Oh, don't forget the starting of his harem troupe too.
