Description
In retaliation for Ye Xuan fighting for mining rights to the ore veins, the elders of the Ye Family have his elixir field destroyed. Ye Xuan then enters the Boundless Hell through a portal found in a ring, whereupon he begins training in the ways of the sword to become stronger and protect his sister. With the help of a mysterious woman, Ye Xuan will become the supreme swordsman!

It has every ancient Chinese ambient cultivation based story cliché followed one by one: everyone is arrogant and hates the MC, MC uses Deus-ex-machina to gain everything, the only thing different is that it is set on fast-forward.
Another adaptation in which if you haven't read the novel you won't understand anything. The "story", if you can call it that, is in fast forward and is incomprehensible, one moment the mc is meditating, the next the elders are talking about a vision as if the manhua had been talking about it all along. The MC jumps straight to murder at the least provocation with no build-up whatsoever. Terms and events are presented to the reader as if he/she should know all about it already with no previous info. And so on and so forth.
Of course, for anyone that has read a few cultivation manhuas, it's all too familiar and it's possible to fill in some the gaps and get a reasonable approximation, and it's still a mess. It's just better to read any other of those better written and presented stories altogether.
The positives are, the art, it's good (not great, fights are too rushed and simple) and the decisiveness of the MC, which means that unlike many other series there probably won't be those cycles of the same idiot making problems over and over and over.
