I love the concept, it was fresh and refreshing before it got bogged down by drama and unnecessary stuff. The game system and choices were forgotten in the middle part, MC remembered later that he was inside a game, but that was it and there was no more prompts or notifications. The story took focus on one ML and his struggle, which is in line with otome games, but because there was no mission or anything game-like, it's just a common transmigration story.
English translation is unfinished. The original work is also unfinished at chapter 136, and changed the artist? there's a downgrade in quality for chapter 118+. It seems it got axed due to plagiarism rumor and readers spam-reported it. I think it was unfounded, and the 'plagiarized' work seemed to be 'I ♂ Took A Trip to an Otome Game' which has the same otome-game concept but a very different story (better too).
All in all, a very casual read to enjoy the artwork. Don't really need to care much about the background plot and world.
