The story begins with MC finishing the game and suddenly waking up in the game world.
Seems like an interesting premise, but I kind of dislike the current circumstance between MC and ML.
MC is placed under a slave contract and is made to wear a ring that places his condition under the sway of ML's mood.
It's kind of placed for laughs with how MC has to sing praises for ML to be in a good mood and not placed under a weird state, but it shows this strong power imbalance between the two characters currently which I don't quite like.
Also, the pacing is slightly weird currently. I can't really tell how ML feels about MC, and why he had such a sudden interest in MC. At the current moment, he seems to view MC as a play thing, but at the same time there were moments that seem to suggest ML feels more for MC even though there seems to have been no indication of when such a development could have happened. Also I wish more was done to show how MC didn't really accept that he is now in this world, since it wasn't really build up to that moment, so it felt kind of awkward when he mentioned it in that episode and showed a change of heart to try to use his abilities to help a member of the team.
But other than the flaws it currently have, I'll still keep reading because I'm interested to find out why MC wakes up in the game world and whether the game he played had influenced the ML of this current world and their future relationships.
Not having high hopes currently, but I do hope it gets better. Oh and there's a novel it's based on, though there's not much chapters translated.
