OMG this is such an underrated manhwa! The 1st chapter was a bit cliche and slow but once you get past that, the story and characters really start to build up fast. This is not your usual transmigrated into a novel/drama manhwa. It's unique because this time you've got both the FL & the ML both physically flung into a drama world and embark on an adventure where they are together the whole way!
There are tons of character development, especially with the ML, FL, and the 2nd ML. The dynamic between them are great. I love how the FL slowly but surely transformed from just stanning her favorite character and thinking not much of the ML to see, care, and fall in love with the ML acting behind that character! And I really love how the ML falls for the FL but, knowing how the FL stans the character he portrays, repeatedly uses his acting skills to help and encourage the FL as they get through one after another risky scenario. I also could not stop myself from laughing at all of the hilarious scenes in this manhwa, especially where the ML & 2nd ML get creeped out/scared/makes awkward faces at the FL when she's either doing terrible acting or gushing at her favorite character. The author really knows how to draw funny faces and setup good humor.
And my god the 2nd ML:
The big reveal about the 2nd ML being reincarnated and this is his second time living this same life, repeating the same cycle of falling in love with the FL was such a tear-jerker. The way the story built up to that reveal and the telling of his story was really emotional and sad I loved it so much!
Where this manhwa was weak though was when it came to the villain:
The storyline is quite straightforward and short, which isn't a flaw by itself but in this case it like there could have been more done to build up to the confrontation with the villain. Somewhere roughly 2/3 of the way thru we finally meet the big villain behind all the trouble. At first the villain was portrayed very well, like the cold evil snake that he is, but unfortunately his character quickly dissolved into a one-dimensional maniac with a sister-complex who somehow got obsessed over the FL. The story has now progressed to almost the very end and Is still don't understand how he became so obsessed with the FL. It was a big disappointment too how his younger sister, who also got pretty significant spotlight on as a cute & innocent at first but surprising yandere character, just suddenly died off-screen without further character progression. That death just made her entire character-building pointless.
But overall, I found this manhwa to be one of the most enjoyable and refreshing transmigration manhwa I've read in a while. I picked this up and could not stop reading all the way til the latest chapter. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a light read with great character & emotional development!
