Description

V1 - Newbie detective Kashima Toranosuke (Tora-chan) always dreamt of being a 'hero'. That's why he worked so hard to become a detective. Now that his dream has been realized, he is partnered with Detective Mahori Koudai (Dai-san), who just happened to quit working in headquarters and decided to go back to work in the precinct. Then all of a sudden, Dai-san steals a kiss from Tora, but Tora knows that there's more going on between Sagara-kanrikan and Dai-san than what they are letting on... or is there?!

V2 - Nobunaga of the police SWAT team falls in love at first sight with the elite police headquarters director Sagara. Single-mindedly, he pursues the formidable Sagara. Then unexpectedly, Sagara turns the tables on him with a daring invitation: "I can't sleep unless I have sex. Aren't you interested in this body? I'll give you free rein!" What will Nobunaga do? Meanwhile, the upright rookie detective, Toranosuke, is still in a stalemate with his dependable senpai, Dai-san. Will they ever move forward to the next level? Will these fine officers finally have their happily ever after?

This is a good manga. I've come across it many times but because I saw the cover picture drawn so bad, I close the window. I must admit that sensei's drawing in this manga is worse compared to her manga in 1990's. However, inside the manga, the drawing is not as bad as in the cover.
The plot is funny and cute, I only want to read more.
Recommended for a light read

Exactly the type of cop manga I'm looking for.

The cases were simple and solved easily, but I'm okay with that because the angst would've killed me. The artwork gets better as the story goes on. The main char was awesome (innocent and hot-headed, but not to an extreme or annoying, more like a restrained sort) and his partner was very fitting. It's not often that I'm in love with the lead couple, but in this one I am. I just wished there was more.

Don't be put off by the cover: the art is clean and well done, the characters are cute and individual, and overall it is a funny, light, cute read. Hilarity throughout x Although the first few chapters may suggest that this contains very little yaoi/shounen-ai, the theme does sprout up a lot more regularly after this and later the yaoi/shounen-ai factor is a lot more satisfying x

I can't stop laughing until now after reading this manga. This was really hilarious! The characters were really good! Tora-chan's innocence is adorable and Director Sagara is so hot! Their pairings with the siblings are perfect!

Actually, I was kinda hesitated to read the manga because of the cover. But I was wrong. The story was really interesting and funny! There's no dull moment.

I recommend this one! 🙂

Although I don't really like the art (square faces, except the uke!! xD) and oji-sans' the story is pretty funny! I've been thinking, Tanaka-san will look very handsome if he can lose that double square chin and that octopus mouth of his. Just try and see! Cover his mouth and chin and you'll get the bishie look. But really, I can't help laughing while reading this manga. It's like a gag manga!

it's just wonderful! hilarious and brilliant! pure shounen-ai positive!
besides i adore Kodaka Kazuma's works cause all her ukes have metall guts, which is quite rare in yaoi genre.

STOP! dont be fooled by the cover!
i just finished reading this manga, and boy do i like it! i was LAUGHING MY A** OFF throughout the manga, literally! to put it simply, this is the only manga that i ever finished without stopping for a second! i mean once u get hooked (and believe me, it doesnt take long) u cant just leave it. if its the romance or the detective work, its all put together nicely that u cant even find one single thing wrong with the story line. the art is amazing, although sometimes u might feel that their heads are too big for their bodies, or rather realistic (since in most mangas' art style the head is small) other than that its perfect!
if you are a yaoi fan, this manga is definitely recommended! i mean sorry but if u dont like it, u cant call urself a yaoi fan!

I loved this one. Very humorous and quite realistic. Included are some mushy lines as well - corny even - but I really loved the storyline and how it all came together. The artwork was lovely too, especially the silly scenes. I love how she makes the men look like men, even the "beautiful" director has that manly feel to him.

Definitely worth reading.

What can I say Kodaka is amazing not only is her artwork amazingly beautiful her work is also very funny. Can't wait for more of this manga to come out, so if you want a good laugh and look at a gorgeous manga this is the one to check out!....DAMN it's hard to wait...GRRRRR!!!
