It's not weird at all....It couldn't be more true to daily life. Nothing out of the ordinary in this title. It's about a really stupid guy working in an office doing stupid things. Is it funny? I laughed a few times but if you want to read this mangaka's funniest title do yourself a favour and go read Cromartie High School.
I really wish this series would get some attention. It has the feeling of being totally ridiculous, but at the same time it has the intensity to entice my curiosity. What kind of a section chief doesn't know what the hell he's doing?

ok this is one of the weirdest things i have read, and trust me i have read alot of weird things. as far as i can tell the main character is true to form from what the title describes i am mildly impressed that the mangaka could think of something and come up with enuff material to last 7 volumes.
