first off, i didn't want to start reading anything manga due to it putting another type of thing out there for me to try to find english scans for.. but i had to give this a try. i'm glad i read it, it's hilarious. boys being annoying and funny boys. it's cute, and i'm glad they introduced the second couple in there to give it some spunk, their relationship is a teetering one but it gives it a nice edge. Love the MC's, they have such a cute angle going

All I can say is if I could, this whole comment would be nothing but heart eyes. this whole thing is just so adorable omg. You won't regret reading this. It's just so good, and you'll be left wanting more and more and then when you finish it, you'll be anxious for the next chapter to come out.

The Best Friends turn Lovers in Yaoi

This story is funny, and it's romantic. It just starts off very episodic but as it progresses you can see the plot and the romance flourish. If your looking for a quick romance then nope it's not for you. Every chapter holds a key to the main plot, and did I mention it was funny. I can't get enough of the main couple they are made from each other. The love they share has to be dug up from the depths it was buried and since the author is doing a marvelous job I have no complaints.

Off the Charts Chemistry!

The story doesn't actually start until quite a few chapters in, and that confused me at first because I wasn't use to this quirky format. The first several chapters are just little snapshots of their time together, interspersed with various art pieces. These are short and gives you an idea of what these characters are like and their relationship with one another. And then the story goes back to when they were in junior high and actually begins there. Once the story gets going... my god, talk about an epic, chemistry-filled bromance. It's so good. SO so good! I laughed and laughed, and then find myself tearing up because what I was reading was so poignant and heart-rending that it takes my breath away. That's what reading this manhua is like. I couldn't put it down. 170 chapters, gone in a day. Can't wait to read more.

Is so beautiful. It's so gorgeous, and so angsty/suggestive that I find myself completely, utterly addicted.

This manga made me realize I'm a major fujoshi. Oh lordy.

The flawless blend of hilarious gags, teenagers' stupid antics, spicy bedroom scenes (nothing explicit tho), and cute bromantic interactions is absolutely beautiful. I'm in awe with the art, storytelling, and interesting premise. AHHHHHH I NEED MORE. GIVE ME UPDATES DAMMIT.

I love this so much. I also love how a chapter is nearly released each week.
The art is amazing. I am a huge fan of coloured panels and, of course, bromance / boy love.

This starts out all happy, with Jian Yi making ridiculous passes at his best friend Zhan, and it's comical and silly but then it hits you in the feels with some real emotional dramas and angst. I am seriously loving this so hard right now. When I see chapter updates my heart skips a beat.

The fujoshi in me wants them to get together...but where's the fun in that? Zhan's expressions everytime Jian gropes him is worth every second haha

I started reading and couldn't stop -- just binge-read all 164 chapters. Great artwork, great humor, also sweetly sentimental at times. Just one question, though: these hunky guys are middle schoolers 😕 I though they were Uni students in the beginning, then judging from their school I assumed high schoolers. Then in one of the later chapters Jianyun Yi mentions that he wants them to get into the same high school and university. Really??

This is the type of manga where you binge read 50 chapters at one, take an extended break, rinse and repeat. The art is unique and distinctive - "clean" would be the word I'd use to describe it. Some of the humour is lost in translation but it manages to retain its spunky charm. The characters are meticulously crafted, and memorable. It helps that it's in full colour since you can tell two characters apart with one glance (the four male leads all have different hair colours, for one). Their personalities are easily differentiated also, and each is capable of standing their own ground as a character in a story without becoming too bland.

It's evident that a lot of effort was put into this series by the author. The recent chapters are really revving up the heat, particularly (especially after The Big Reveal). Considering it was conceived as a gag manga, it's great to see that the story is progressing linearly with a purpose in mind instead of just going in circles. There's a great tonal balance maintained throughout the manhwa - it manages to strike the right emotions at key points. It can be funny, endearing, angst, we're utterly helpless at the whims of the author. And Old Xian is something, throwing us twists when we least expect it, playing with our feelings.... man.

Something that stopped me from giving this a 10, though, was because I wasn't as emotionally affected as I expected to be during climactic moments. Maybe it's just me?

I've heard of this manhua for quite awhile, but disliked the art style when I first picked it up. I gave it another try when

the kiss happened and it was spread all over the internet. I really wish I didn't ignore this for so long because it's SUCH a good manhua.

The art is quite amazing and can be fairly erotic. The characters are hilarious and adorable. The angsty moments are well done and don't feel hamfisted in. Overall, it's a great read.

This is my no.1 manga. I seriously fell in love with this. I almost cried when

Zhang found out that Jian was actually gay. His crying face was soo cute it gave me feels. Now I want the update! Please update it as fast as you can! I'm dying to see what happens next.
I was very new to manga back then, so when I first read it and saw the art I was like "Meh what the hell is this? Such a gross art" but now I can understand how beautiful and touchy this is! I would totally recommend this to anyone who is interested in shounen-ai, comedy!
I gave it 9.5 because it's still not completed yet. It deserves more, but not for now. We will see what happens later.
