Description
In a little town near Osaka, an old tradition is being perpetuated. Every year, for hundreds of years, the men of the town defy each other in the "grand ceremony of Masuraou". Their weapons? Their courage and their fists! Their goals? Becoming the king of the town!

I read this manga because of the popular "Manga about a man whose penis is too long" thread and redid it´s page while doing so cuz of the talanted author and curiosity. It is a harmless action series about street fighting amongst (friendly) high school delinquents and barely ecchi as only a few naked buts (of men) are show and the blue humor is harmless. He does lift a teakettle with his dick but that is no flipped table like in Jikken Ningyou Dummy Oscar. There is also no real ending to the romance or anything and it should have run in a shonen magazine.
It´s kind of like a pointless Angel Densetsu with very good art. His Innocent (SAKAMOTO Shinichi) + Kokou no Hito are both a highly messy 8/10 and read them first. They do have heavy violence and sex though.

Very entertaining and funny, but never too silly. Unexpectedly politically-correct and heart-warming. Characters are well developed and the story itself is nice. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to read something that can make them smile!
