uhmm i don't know at some point i enjoyed it and there are times when i feel like "errrr, what is this character's purpose in the story again"? although i know that the story would foucs on Menga since she is the main character but the minor characters had a bad character development. I feel like Hanako's purpose in the story was long gone once her secret was known to the readers. The author didn't give her a chance to be developed. She really went MIA after that issue was opened then she came out again towards the end. im like "heey, long time no see Hanako!" LOL. her character seemed to be rushed and just popping out of no where. Another thing i didn't like was the nurse. seriously, she reminds me of Sae from Peach Girl. Annoying, Spoiled, Evil and thinks the world revolves around her. And bad coupling at the end. we knew no one liked her. of course, who would like her with her "psyco-attitude". LOL. but seriously, even her coupling with that guy was rushed and underdevelopment. I HATED it.

the only thing i liked in this one was of course menga's love and character progressing since she's the only one that was at least well-developed compared to the other character. I like how I didn't anticipate who she'd end up with. I mean, usually the pairing and love triangles would be shown at the beginning but hers was different. And I guess i enjoy stories like bad guys ending up with weak girls sooo... this manga still recieves 7 out of 10 from me 🙂

I think the ending was meant to be in a simple line, that simply shows how different this manwha is than others. personally, I would think that the ending would be plain if he just said "I love you for ever"

I was waiting for this manga to be completely scanned so i could read it since it has so many good comments and ratings.
So, i read the whole thing and it's alright. and FUNNY except i had some "wtf?" moments. LOL. alright.. im giving it a 8.5/10 because...

Everything seemed so rushed at the end.. Taek Gang didn't even say i like you to her.. i mean it was obvious he friken liked her but cmon! who would say "for a lifetime, come inside and eat! i'll make the best meals you've ever had" as an ending -.-.. seriously.. Another thing, In the ending, when Eechan asked our the nurse it was like he didn't even like her -.- it was like he just snap, happened to like her cuz its the end of the volume and he got rejected! yea, it was sweet when he asked her out on tv but still, it was like he didn't even like her! he says "ok i got it, hurry up already" as his last sentence! like da frik??. The only satisfying one was Hong-Soo and Hanako.

all in all, not the best, but not bad either.

What a shame. I thought it would actually focus on all of the characters, but as you read on, it focuses more on the girl that I find a little bit annoying (always crying, etc.). The girl with the long hair, the nurse and the guy that play games are my favorite characters, but wasn't focused on that much.

What I find as a disappointment is that they didn't touch on the background of each characters (besides the girl with the short hair, because we already know what's up with her). Especially the girl with the long hair and her past boyfriend, the father of her baby. I was expecting maybe her ex-boyfriend would come back to create more drama, and maybe her feelings are still with him, blah, blah, blah. Or maybe the mangaka could've just dedicated a chapter on each leading characters (long-hair girl, gamer, the class president, the delinquent, the nurse) so that we can understand them more and they could've talked about their backgrounds, etc. (notice how I left out the short-hair girl). I would also love it if they touch on the long-hair girl's parent, and her career as a model back in Japan. Her and the delinquent's pasts are a mystery to me.

ALSO: the relationship between the gamer and the long-hair girl is so undeveloped to me. Even though the problems in the manga was resolved, I was just left with an unsatisfied taste in my mouth... I wanted more.

I find it funny that Myunga is such a timid, quite person around other people, but withTaek Gang, she has no trouble baring her teeth at all. He is such an infuriating brute that almost every word that comes out of his mouth makes her want to choke him. His goading words bring out the fighting spirit in Myunga. And because of him, she is able to do things that she would never have dared do before. However, despite his stupid mouth, he's very considerate towards her. I like that he stand up for her when other pick on her. It's very sweet.

Anyway, Just keep reading... That is my advice.
Read until Volume 3. You'll definitely start to see the fun of this manga.
The story gets sooooooo much better after that point.
There are lots of surprises. This manwha is incredibly sweet and romantic.

Edit: the ending is too abrupt! It was happy and all, but I wanted more.

This manhwa is just so much fun! I felt a little 'meh' at the beginning, before all the characters had grown into themselves properly, but it didn't take long for everything to start to gel. She seems to have discarded quite a few of the earlier themes and, um, clichés, and definitely for the better. I would say that perhaps a couple of the relationships haven't been given quite enough build-up, but if you're a manga reader you can fill in the blanks yourself to make them ring true.

Oh yeah, and it's also hilarious at times. The school nurse (who actually becomes a major character - unusual!) is massively over-the-top without being annoying, and when a background for a scene with a pitiful character is drawn with lots of little Banderas-Puss-in-Boots as the background, big watery eyes and all, then I'm sorry but I think I'm in love.

Nice translation job, as well.

this is one of the greatest manga / manwha i have ever read in my life! the art is beautiful, all the characters are lovable, and the plot is amazing. the beginning is quite cute, but the story picks up quickly, and i got hooked. i love how the story revolves around several characters, instead of putting all its attention on one. also, there are multiple stories, since it focuses on different characters. H2O is super hilarious, and i cracked up on sooo many parts. the korean culture is kinda confusing, and i got lost on some parts, but its not a big deal. i definintely recommend this to anyone who likes romance and school life. can't wait for the new chapters!!

The plot is pretty stagnant in the beginning but like others have said, it's going to get much better if you continue reading. I've never regretted reading H2O: the artwork is beautiful, the storyline is engaging and the characters are pretty well-developed. And not to mention the humour and subtlety of the storytelling and dialogue! I feel sometimes that the author is mocking certain shoujo conventions, but I'm not too sure about that.

And another thing I like about this manhwa is that it doesn't relegate friends of the protagonist (Yoon Myunga?) to the role of the sidekick and advisor like many other shoujo mangas, and instead revolves its focus around a few major characters.

Okk, it was super slow in the beginning chapters, but if you stick it out like the others say, this manwha is really worth it. Its got pretty good artwork, a good plot, and lovable characters. It also cracked me up. and the plot isnt overdramatic like some manwhas can be. Its just your average drama, if you throw in some romance, funny characters, and stufff like that.
But dont get me wrong! This is no average manwha, I think its one of the best and I've been reading a lot of em. SO give this one a try, you wont regret it. Its friggin addicting. And I can't wait for the new scans to come out. =]

I struggled a bit in the beginning chapters because of how slow events where taking place. However, after passing those chapters the story slowly became an enjoyable manga to read, so please don't give up on it because of the few dull chapters.

Also, I love the alternating viewpoints, it allows the reader to view each character and know them in depth.
