From ShoujoMagic:
Cool and gorgeous Nagisa paired with her perverted and stupid stepfather Ryunosuke makes for a hip-hop story that presents a father and daughter who cannot be honest with each other.
2 Volumes (Complete/Discontinued)

To tell the truth, I was honestly quite disappointed with this manga. It wasn't the ending, or the characters, it was the way the whole story was put together. I liked the idea of a not-related-by-blood father and daughter growing together in a nonromantic setup. But that's the thing, they didn't "grow". Ryu remained a silly, caring father; and Nagisa generally remained a cynical "tsundere" character. Sure, their relationship "grew" a bit, they got a bit closer by the end, but that relationship didn't help to develop them as people. Every chapter was the same recycled system; and I got bored by the end. I realize it's short, and as others have suggested, was most likely planned to be longer. It probably would've fleshed out the characters more, and I would've enjoyed it. But as it is, it's not something I liked. Just a heads up to Kimi wa Pet fans.
A pearl in the manga world. A rather unknown work from the mangaka of the popular Kimi wa Pet manga. Art is very noticeable hers. Even when it is a previous work it has a quite matured theme (not so cheesy like Candy Life) about a stepfather raising his teenage daughter while he is everything but the typical matured parent (on the outside).
I love to re-read it every now and then when I'm traveling (bus, plane, train) because it is short, amusing and light.
Nagisa and Ryunosuke are interesting characters to follow. 🙂 They left a lasting impression even after I finished the manga. And somehow from the summary by Shoujomagic I thought that it would be a stepfather-daughter romantic pairing, but (a bit thankfully) no, it's just them working at at their father-and-daughter relationship.
However, the last side story with Ryunosuke regarding a story from his youth had me thinking "huh?" or " 😲 ". But it's because I just can't buy how he viewed how things ended up for that.
