Reads as a constant whine

I'm used to watching documentaries and reading comic books, manga that deal with mental health issues & people's struggles & efforts to become healthier.
BUT!
This manga was very boring and felt like a constant whine. I almost dropped it due to how boring I found it.
I struggled to empathize with the mangaka, as it was unclear to me what her specific issues were or where they stemmed from. Her presentation seemed unreasonable and inconsistent. While acknowledging that she may have genuine issues, I feel that she struggled to effectively communicate them and create an interesting storyline. The book felt more like a random diary without a clear purpose.
Additionally, the frequent scenes of her crying for any odd reason became monotonous, contributing to my overall dissatisfaction.
On a positive note, the unrelated short story 'Chika's Depression' at the end of Vol.2, was more interesting. Unlike the mangaka's usual stories it is fiction. Not a very good story but it showed promise in terms of an interesting drawing style if the mangaka were to explore it further.

This is fantastic. One woman's battle against loneliness and mental problems. A heavy psychological autobiography in the form of an exchange diary written to themselves.
