Description

The ending was too rushed and The ending was too rushed and disappointing. Sioen was portrayed as a possessive villain until we learn at the end that he sacrifices his own life to die together with Minu. What about Lian or Nitau and Rintau or the red dragon who fell in love with Nitau or Nitau who fell in love with Lenny. So many storylines remain unresolved and show no development at all - they seem to be more of a gap filler. The plot as such wasn't that bad, although the author forgot to give the MC more background. We just hear the MC complaining that he wants to go back. But he also complains that his parents didn't want him. He whines for his mom, but we know that he lives with his father with a stepmother who is 2 years older than the MC and has just left his father. In the end, we don't know why or who the MC wanted to go back to, because he definitely wasn't loved there.
I definitely expected more from the author, but that seems to be because the author has too many projects going on.. If it wasn't for the good looking possessive Sioen I would have dropped the whole thing even though he was far too harmless to be called possessive.

Great artwork but the story wasn’t that good and the ending was rushed leaving loose ends everywhere.
I read this on Manta with my subscription- I would have been really disappointed to have to pay for each chapter considering the story itself wasn’t that great.

The majority of the story is about the MC trying to get back to his world, not realizing in the background that the ML is manipulating everything in his life to keep him there, and never let him return. In the end, the ML is able to manipulate the MC into staying even though the MC is dying, but the MC is happy because he never finds out but everyone else knows.
So I wouldn’t call it a happy ending. Plus the ending is so rushed that many things are left unexplained.
