Once I saw the Demon King in the trailer I WAS COMMITED. Read the manga in one sitting, watched the anime and now I'm in the process of finishing the novel. GREAT WORK IT HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS ! ! !

This is an unoriginal, but very well-executed take on the tropey reincarnated-as-the-villainous genre. And given that it's based on a web novel from 2017, it seems like it's one of the earlier stories in the genre, so I won't hold lack of originality against it. Anyway, what's here is competently executed, and there are quite a few scenes where the mangaka makes really good use of their medium.

Downsides: The antagonist is lackluster, so the protagonist doesn't get particularly challenged.
Also, there's insufficient lack of punishment for a serious crime:

Someone tries to rape the protagonist, either to force her to marry him, or to trigger Demon King Claude's transformation into a dragon. In any case, this act doesn't receive remotely adequate punishment.

If the story didn't want to properly punish that, it shouldn't have included that scene in the first place.

It's a really cute story, you won't regret picking up. Has really interesting premises that i wish were elaborated more but ending it this way is satisfying

especially the part that the "heroine" also isekai'd into that world, or when she tried to trigger the flag for demon king romance. All the scheme they could've tried. Could've easily added 10 chapters minimum but then again if done badly i wouldn't recommend it this highly

I actually agree with user "Pandoreye". This manga is also what started my obsession with the tag "reincarnated as the villainess". I highly recommend the (as of the time of this review) ongoing manhwa "Death is the Only Ending for the Villainess".

Though it's kind of generic, there's a certain charm to it I can't make out. The story is entertaining and the leads are cute. Part of me wishes there was a bit more to it. It's short and sweet and doesn't overstay it's welcome.

Everything's so good, I wished there were more extras.

Only complain I have is that I don't get to see their kids and all. I'D LOVE TO SEE IT.

Small note: The villains/MC's enemies.. I want to slap, kick, or choke them once. Thanks for reading my TED talk lel.

Satisfying and refreshing

I've been going on an reincarnated-into-a-villian-in-isekai reading rage recently, but I have to say this has been one of my favourites. It's short but as Theoneyedsnake says, the story is well-rounded, and the main female character is like-able. Normally you get girls where they act pretty strong, solve things for themselves, but when it comes to a pinch, the male main characters would swoop her off her feet and save the day A.K.A she's got to be weak at least once throughout the story. But here, instead of that,

the main female lead persues and proposes to the demon king in a persistant and amusing manner, has the brains and braves to see through her schemes along with her allies, and actually takes a sword to her gut to protect her demon king.

Wow. I mean the demon king does the typical doting and protecting stuff too, but for a couple to do all that for each other and actually be thankful for what others have done for them instead of feeling sorry for themselves at least once in the story is really refreshing.

The story still has pretty cliche plot lines, like how the enemy is pretty evil, the main characters winning in the happy end, but hey, it's 13 chapters! If you've got a few minutes, it's fully scanlated, give it a shot, it's very satisfying.
