A lot of comments in the chapters during the first season that complain about the FL, or just complaining in general, but BAM the second season swoops in with character growth and plot twists/development that the author had planned and set up since the beginning. Didn't see much negativity in the comments by then. It's worth sticking with the story.

Almoore is the unsung hero of the story. Bless him.

I adore that the villain in the title really IS a villain. Dude is not misunderstood. He really is psychotic. FINALLY. Fantastic character. A++++

My problem with FL isn't that she A.) "acts her age" B.) immediately starts weeping if ML even so much as breathes wrong C.) is lethally indecisive D.) NEVER explains herself E.) does not communicate with ML F.) immediately acts on her emotions and does not plan ahead or for contingencies and last but certainly not least G.) lets things happen to her waaaay more often than taking the initiative to accomplish something. And when she does do something...well, refer to F.

All that is actually really refreshing to read. My problem is she doesn't try to improve herself by her own initiative. There's no character growth she undergoes, not even for the supposed love of her life. It should not take 45+ chapters for her to finally do something intelligent, especially with all of her knowledge of the novelWhich is not enough time for me to suddenly care about her. Such a bummer.

I like how everything starts heavy as we learn how ML became how he is now. I like how he's not the "misunderstood" villain type, he IS devious and cunning because that how he survives.
Season 1 was a bit weak after the first few chapters tho as we always see FL just crying but Season 2 got better and I just love the twist they did about the FL--- I'm a sucker for that kind of plot twist connection.

All in all, I read this when it was completed so I was entirely hooked when I started. Really enjoyed it.

First comment I will say the being was I bit slow but the end was so satisfying and the characters were good with a bit of complexity I liked it so that means don't judge a story from the begin. Thank you author and the artist for their work.

I ADORE this comic. The art, the story, and the characterization are all so rich and gorgeous and lush. I've reread it more than any other isekai comic and cannot recommend it strongly enough. If print editions ever come out in English, I'm going to buy the whole set. The way the plot actually resolves is pretty innovative. More importantly, it doesn't leave any loose ends and the pacing never falters. Great comic. I imagine reading only the first few episodes can be confusing, but the payoff was worth it. On rereading, all the pieces are there, laid out neatly, and it was so satisfying to pick up on little things I missed the first time around.

I loved the story, characters were portrayed well, art is beautiful, the plot is never boring, I loooove how male lead was a yandere and the ending is happy and cute(felt bad for the main male's character trough the story because he had a sad life, but the ending is rewarding)

Even the scenes that are supposed to look beautiful look really off-putting (especially close-ups of people).

I dropped it early on. Now sure if the plot picks up but, I find it kind of bland, along with the characters. Nice to look at though.

i actually really like the story, i just wish that it could be executed better. started with FL who sympathize with ML and they fell in love etc. ML is obsessive and i love that, tho it can be a bit cringy at times. what annoys me the most is how the story progressed. FL literally fainted and cried every one or two episodes. her actions were mostly happened in her dream or just for the decisive moment. tho they explained later in the story, i still hoped FL to be more active. the ending was a bit anti climax for me. sadly there was no extra/side story after it ended, i would love to see more how their relationship went after that

This series makes sense eventually and it's pretty touching actually.

I understand how people don't like the beginning, but I really hope they didn't try to "warn" others to stay away.

Around mid 2nd season, and even more so in the end, you understand the FL's reasons for being kinda pathetic in the start.
And even the ML gets better by the end..

I can't say it's worth it necessarily, but the story is designed to be read whole to make sense, so please hang on and keep reading!!
