TL;DR at the bottom
Beyond chapter 220, censorship starts to happen for the English translation. As another person pointed out, the weird placement of the new text bubbles is censorship. Not to mention, those new text bubbles have a different text bubble outline too, they didn't even try hiding it.
The worsens when certain pages have their whole panel or even half of them, vanished completely. This only happens in the English translation, so if you want the real ecchi art, read either the Spanish or the original manhua in the Chinese language.
The translation itself is also done poorly, you could use machine translation, and get possibly a similar, if not better result than the official English translations. The inconsistent naming between official translations is the least problematic issue, there are also grammatical mistakes, poor choice of wordings, etc.
Anyway, even the original story itself is nothing to write home about. Unless you are a huge fan of harems or niche manhuas, I would never recommend this garbage.
First, the story is an absolute mess. The pacing is inconsistent at best, with countless ideas featured left and right, the story becomes a mixed bag of cool additions that never establishes itself as what a decent story is.
For instance,
None of the female characters are distinct from one another, sure, their designs are, but their personality and goals align when they are infected, they lose their personality and become a "companion"(More like a braindead pet) to the male lead.
The characters are poorly written, and side characters are usually one-off characters. Characters usually don't have a discernible role after the reason mentioned in the spoiler, and way too many characters are introduced, without properly understanding and establishing the previous characters. This leads to unique characters that could've been a vital part of the story being bland, and written off poorly. The antagonists are usually one-dimensional, and are usually just jealous of the male lead, causing all of them to feel like the same villain over and over again. The male lead is just a jerk, he watches the side character die, doesn't attempt to save the non-harem characters unless they are proven to be useful for him, and just doesn't do anything for readers to root for him, if you find him to be a great character for you to self-insert into, it may be time to see therapy.
The main issue is that in a harem comic/novel, the characters play a major role in establishing the reason to read it. If you don't like the harem, there is no reason for you to stay reading it. If the characters in a harem are butchered, you wouldn't enjoy reading it. If the side characters and antagonists are written off poorly, the protagonists won't be relatable or make an impact on the readers. There is no reason to enjoy this manhua when none of the characters are worth rooting for.
How can I also not mention the constant art style changes, it just doesn't have a consistent style. Instead of sticking with one art style, even in the same chapter, you could get multiple different art styles, be it for the more erotic and ecchi scenes, or the tame action sequences, the manhua itself never seems to know what it wants to do. Not to mention, even though this manhua is tagged as ecchi, it always seems to want to censor its ecchi, why even make it ecchi in the first place if you are just censoring most of it?
TL;DR
Translation: 1/10
- Bearable before chapter 220, any chapter onwards, just use MT on the original manhua. English translations have numerous censors, and the translations are also done poorly.
Story: 3/10
- A continued downfall since chapter 1, poor pacing, boring story, and a generic plot. Later on, abruptly ending story arcs also become a major concern.
Character: 1/10
- Cliche and tropey characters, as well as side characters, are usually written off poorly and are very one-dimensional. Even the main leads don't get much character development.
Art: 2/10
- Inconsistent art styles, censoring its ecchi scenes, and overall inconsistent quality.
Overall: 2/10
- Die-hard harem fans may be able to enjoy it, but even then, there are so many other better choices to pick from, there is no reason to choose this, especially when the major part of harems, the harem itself, is done poorly.
- Also, if you look at the positive reviews, they also only point out issues, I have no clue why they gave it a positive score when they also just bashing this manhua.

I'm usually willing to read these eechi manhuas that has some action moments in them too. But this one has a very cookie-cutter edgelord protagonist (feels like it's lifting inspiration off Kirito from SAO). The translations are pretty bad, but I tend to go read the raws anyway if I'm really that hooked. The art is very mediocre (comes with the territory) but then certain eechi parts, noticed that it's like another team came in and did those. So the art is widely inconsistent over all. It's tagged as eechi, and I think that's also the intent of the author(s), but they censor their own eechi. They use ridiculously large text bubbles to cover breasts or up skirt shots. As well as, some of the images are abruptly cut off and replace with blank space. It's aggressively bad censorship that makes me question why even include eechi at all.
Overall i still enjoyed the reading. However the quality of the translation is really s#@%!!! The plot isn't that good too and the art changed a few times. Also, if you see misplaced bubble speeches it means they are censorships (c235 is pretty obvious, check with spanish version to see the difference. Another example is c239, less obvious censorship. Just 2 random examples among countless others since i was reading them currently). The official raw doesn't have them, the unofficial raw has them. You can consider that 90% of the chapters has some censorship in it (sexy parts). The worst is when they just removed the whole panel... another example is when they cut half a panel... (example c299). If you can i really recommend you to read the spanish version or read both at same time to see uncensored parts.
In the plot, there have people with supernatural abilities. The protagonist is one of them. He can control zombies (but we see rarely him do so with wild zombies). His girlfriends are zombies. By feeding them with gemstones they can evolve further and become stronger (the stronger are his girlfriends, the stronger is the protagonist). They also regain conscious and remember their past.
So far 3 official waifus, all Z :
-The first one is supposed to be his childhood friend turned girlfriend but the character development and background setting is really almost non-existent unlike the second waifu.
-The second waifu character is changing too much too compared to when she first appeared. Instead of character development it was as if they just switched the character with another without changing the outward appearance. She got the most screentime among the waifus.
-The third waifu, a senpai who was interested into him before she turned into Z. I can't help but overlap her character with the first waifu even if they are supposed to be different though.
-The fourth is a dog (?!) turned into a demi-human (?!)
-A few other potential waifus but they aren't traveling together with the protagonist.

I'm accustomed to broken translations, but combined with a terrible plot it and way too many questionable decisions, it becomes an imposible read.
The plot is basically random people being jerks/jealous of the MC just to be killed later on or turned into zombies and then enslaved (in the case they're an athletic girl). All whilst the MC lets a bunch of nameless side characters get killed by zombies or other people.
If this wasn't enough they constantly erotise some images (they even change to style of the drawing) for no reason...they can't even qualify as scenes...
Unless you have a fetish for a bland MC hand-feeding gummies to girls don't read it.
