When it focuses on the plot, it's pretty good. I liked the themes and characters, and they acted realistically (the main guy kind of annoyed me with how forgiving he seemed though).
The comedy usually relies on calling the main character a pervert or the blonde guy using blackmail or violence. It gets old very quick.
The art is okay, I guess, but the shoes are drawn very well and it's clear the artist was passionate about heels.
A lesbian character is introduced and she's great, it didn't feel forced or made it a personality, which I appreciate. The "comedy" surrounding a guy having a crush on her I do not appreciate.
The ending didn't feel totally conclusive, but it was still good.
Also, Miss Seo starts off being kind of bad, but by the end she was my favourite. Yes Queen.
