Description

Kei is a girl who's only interested in other girls! However, tricked by her mother, she enrolled in an all boys school, thinking that she'd be able to make her high school debut at a co-ed school. I honestly think this manga is lacking a lot of credit, it's original, cute and downright hilarious. I completely agree that this is one of the best gender benders out there and is definitely worth a go.

This manga is very cute! I thought the shorty was the main character (the girl) but it turns out that it was the handsome looking boy haha.. I feel like i've seen similar drawings before... but now I don't know. Give it a try! It has many funny moments, heh

I can't believe people take everything so seriously around here, no one other than her mom said that she is sick for being gay and you don't know yet how is gonna end up.
But what i do know so far is that this is one of the funniest mangas i've read in a long time,and also the heroine doesn't annoy me which is always a plus.
If you're looking to enjoy and have fun this is the manga you are looking for.

I don't get why everyone is saying stuff like "naive" "cutesy" and stuff. It's a shoujo, what do you expect? It'll always...well most of the time, end up like that. I like the story, but not the ending. Why...why does it have to end like that? I honestly, don't care how the setup is bad, because all I like about is how differences can change a person characteristic and behavior.

People are being much too serious, what matters is that this manga is very entertaining and really does live up to it's - COMEDY genre, unlike many of the other mangas that fall under that category but end up disgracing the very name.

If you're reading manga then this is something that you must read - period.

...the first chapter left me a really bad impression..especially the latter pages..

I'm very shocked really the part where the mother said she 'wanted to cure' her orientation and sending her to an All-boy's highschool to marry a rich guy, have children and wanting to 'hold her grandchildren' someday. She also wanted her daughter to 'grow up' like what she wanted her to be....like a 'princess'..

Seriously, she already had TWO DAUGHTERS, and yet her self-centredness makes SH*TTY excuses like these and even blames her husband for making her daughter inherited his 'thick headedness'..

Personally, she is the most offensive manga character I've ever encountered in my entire life.. (even if I've only seen her in the first chapter) but really, I am offended...this girl's 'mother' is unbelievably selfish and 'lives in her own WORLD surrounding by her own denial and her selfishness!

HER DAUGHTER HAD THREE RELAPSES IN JUST THE FIRST CHAPTER FORGODSAKES!!! And yet she casually said on the phone that she's gonna 'cure' her daughter's sexual orientation!!?

I would seriously kill myself if I was forced in that situation! And lol, On Page 10, she even SLAPPED her daughter for wanting to go to an All-girl's Highschool!!?!!?!??!? And that Japan doesnt have SAME SEX marriage laws..SRSLY,WTH WAS THAT?!

Honestly, I cant BELIEVE how this mangaka could THINK of creating such horrible character or themes that seriously challenged individuals' sexual orientations!?!?

..and then again, it's just one chapter..I shouldnt expect much from a gender-bender romance COMEDY shoujo....but..we'll see how far this manga goes..

I really, REALLY love this manga _
It lived up to its comedy genre, and it really made me laugh a lot xD The main character, Kei, is endearing and hilarious. And Yui Yajin is adorable~ his sadistic personality was sooo funny. 🙂 All of the characters were pretty weird, but endearing in their own way. Kei's mom was particularly hard for me to like (since she's self-centered, etc.) but in the end, I just loved them all.
A lot of my friends didn't like this, saying that it lacks romance. I think the romance in this manga is enough and well executed. It's sweet, not mushy, and I love how their relationship developed. And most refreshingly of all, the guy was the one chasing the girl, not the other way around. It's definitely a weird manga, but it actually has deep elements too, involving family, friendship and love.
I never got bored reading this, and It's one of my top favorites now :>

I personally think this story is cute and imaginative, with well written plot devices and good art. I personally do not have issue with the mother, however, notice many people instantly assume everything about the character from one chapter. Don't get me wrong, I'm not homo-phobic or anything crazy like that, but seriously, how many mangas have you read where the first chapter tells the whole story?
Probably not many.

Down the road, it is elegantly stated that her fear of men is a Trauma from childhood. Secondly, if anyone were to be afraid of one gender, it is highly likely that they would begin to search for love within the other gender. Third, the early girlfriends before the trauma were from when she was just a child. How many children do silly things like that at that age?

It frustrates me when individuals get upset about a lack of an open mind, but they themselves are jumping to conclusions, and won't listen to any other reasoning of the situation. If that's not the definition of close-minded, then I don't know what is.

I love the art it's cute, but I could go without the barfing and puking. This manga is pretty funny i guess. It made me laugh a couple of times and I'm really picky about comedy manga, but not much.

Wow. Some people are really getting worked up over Kei...I don't really mind her (then again I'm not gay and I'm basically neutral in the gay rights argument). It's hilarious and that makes it at least a 5 in my book. I'll also give it points for art. The plot's alright. I think there's a deeper reason to her lesbianism than just guy-aversion. I think something might have happened to her...but that's just me. It's interesting enough to keep reading, so I'll give this an 8.

That's only for now though! My opinion is still forming. Like many others, I have to see how this develops before I make final judgement.

To all you gay advocates hissing at this series, don't be so pessimistic. If she DOES fall for a guy, it doesn't necessarily mean she has to give up her preference for girls. There is such a thing as people who swing both ways. You people are the rigid hard-heads out there, thinking someone has to be one or the other.
