Description
The descendant of a once great wizarding family, Elric Mervinger is unable to perform magic due to a rare medical condition. While attempting to cure his disease, he stumbles upon the demon Mephistopheles, who tries to possess Elric to free himself from a dragon's trap. But when Elric ends up absorbing Mephisto instead, the two become bound together. With Mephisto by his side, will this new power allow Elric to restore his family to its former glory? Or will he just end up being devoured?

I'm a sucker for magic/sorcery setting and had positive expectation on this one. It started off quite nicely but as the story goes some dumb logics and odd bits appear more frequently.

Around chapter 40-ish MC suddenly able to use a martial art technique. Mind you, he never practiced nor has any foundation in martial art. He only ever read a book about physical enhancement and that's it.

amazing artwork but the story writing leaves much to be desired.
Started off with the typical plot device of I can't do magic schtick. Overused but I'm a sucker for that trope. However, it takes a left turn into boredom and huhville.
Like the previous commenter said the author does a VERY poor job of world building and setting in general. It's like they started off running full speed with not bothering to give a proper background.
We get the most boring training arc ever that lasted so long I just skimmed through it. Then when the MC finally gets back to where the plot initially started which was +30 chapters not much has progressed.
However, just as you think cool we'll get some proper work building, plot. and maybe flesh some other characters out the author goes nope we're having another....
Shame because art alone it's 10. The art is outstanding but won't mean much with a crappy plot.

Good art but the story makes no sense, the worldbuilding and how society functions is completely ridiculous and the MC is an a** that makes his friend and family suffer for lols. Another one that only those who pay no attention to sense and search only for "Wow factor" will find appealing. Dropped at ch34.
