This is a spinoff on the original Black Flag game.
The Art is nice.
The Story is good at least it's not a Copy Paste Story.
The author I think is trying to change and add some scene so he can put his character in the Story.
I just wish the story's ending is different from the game.

A nonsensical cash grab that has nothing to do with the game and even gets story details wrong. What a waste.
Just like the new Resident Evil manga. The main present day character makes Desmond look interesting and that is an achievement in its own right! How come the manga ran in a Seinen magazine? No adult content of any nature or complexity in the story is present and the story is dumbed down when compared to the original script. At least the art is nice. The manga also got axed or only existed to promote the game around its release so both plots fail to go anywhere. One-point deduction.
Read Ubisofts own comics, some are solid, instead or play the games. The 4th one was very good. Rogue and III are also strong entries. For a good game adaptation read Utsurowazarumono - Breath of Fire IV (8/10), Front Mission - Dog Life & Dog Style (7/10) or Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria (7/10) instead.
