Description

One word, beautiful.

Well sometimes it was way toooo unrealistic, like it's getting ridiculous especially parents reaction, the way his company never stop him from that ridiculous confession on stage especially in a country like china . look even here , it's a shounen ai but we still see freaking butterfly and flowers everywhere when they kiss or get too close to each other bcz china is so hateful and against gays , they even have rules against it so yeah it just so unrealistic but I still loved it bcz of the message and goodness in it.
It gives hope, love and courage to ppl so how can I hate it?! 😊
Anyway f*ck China government, all communist and lefties 😂

Yk I always had problems with manhua's in general , I liked around 4 manhua btw all manhuas I read in years I have problems with their pacing, short chapters , story telling, unlikable characters and ...
But this one done greatly , it's felt refreshing, young, pure , beautiful, inspiring and sincere.

This is a great love story. The story follows the main couple and their circle of friends from childhood through adulthood. You see the characters go through life challenges and overcoming them. The story does not only focus on the main couple, but also on the stories of the circle of friends. There are many things that I love about the story:

-There’s no extreme situations that are completely unreasonably. This includes the challenges that they have to overcome as they are growing up and the environments that they come from. Even though the ML is wealthy and the MC is not. It is not depicted as either having typical crazy rich, tsundere, super poor, abused, or super forgiving types and backgrounds.
-Both the ML and the MC want to be with each other and do everything that they can to make things work.
-the group of friends and the familial members that are with you throughout. The story are all very supportive of each other. We even get to know about their backgrounds, and how they develop and grow into adulthood.
-There’s no crazy curveballs at the end of the story, or in the side stories that throw off the field or the story.
-There is a cute little AU story at the very end that totally works for me because it flipped their backgrounds and was almost like a little mini story at the end, just showing how the main CP would have been together no matter what.
-Of course you know it’s good when you’re always left wanting more of these characters and you find yourself thinking that you’re gonna miss them. I would have loved to have more but feel like I had just enough at the same time.

I love it when a great love story comes along and happens to fall in the genres that I love reading about. I loved this so much I’ll be buying the novel from Amazon.

I loved EVERY character in this story. The high amount of chapters are really justified since everyone's motive and story get explored. It's not just a mix of short stories but the characters are all connected to the MC reaching for his dream and inspiring everyone along the way.

The main love story might be cliche but it fits just right with those two MCs. Yes it's slowburn, but not in a frustrating way. The way the minute interactions are written is what is really captivating about this story. I'm looking forward to the author's next work.

Beautiful but not outstanding

It starts out 10/10, with major Billy Elliot vibes but then the characters turn out to be a bit cardboardy for my taste... Well, it's sweet and beautiful but not that deep.

It made me realize, though, that manga / manhua tend to have a propensity to either rush into or indefinitely postpone kissing / s*x. It's weird, compared to western love stories.
