At first I was confused, because the plot had nothing to do with the synopsis; apparently, that's for the second arc. But the first story is choppy and confusing, anyway, despite it being fairly simple. The twist (if you can even call it that) is obvious from the first few pages, and for the rest of the three chapters you have to suffer through an angry guy (Ryuuzaki) running around grabbing random people and picking fights in search of his "fated one", and his "friend" (Yasuomi) who offers to give him a BJ anytime he sees him upset.
It also makes no sense how, despite Yasuomi knowing all along that he is the person that Ryuuzaki is looking for...he doesn't tell him except in the big, climactic end of the arc? Why?? And it's not even special when they have sex, because Ryuuzaki decides to give a shit about Yasuomi only after he learns that he's the reincarnation of someone he loved in a past life; before that, he found Yasuomi annoying and only kept him around because he gave good BJs, lol.
The second story—which I actually wanted to read—isn't much better. It starts off with kidnapping and rape, and it "progresses" into paid sex. The chapter with Byakuya's backstory was amusing and touching, and probably the best chapter in this manga (which isn't saying much, but still).
Of course, it all goes down the toilet when Byakuya raping Nishino is excused because, in his previous life, Nishino told Byakuya to "hold him immediately the next time [they] meet". In a previous life...that Nishino doesn't even remember. And, of course, after Nishino does remember and they can be together, Byakuya wants to chase him away. Did I mention that they have sex for FIVE YEARS, and Nishino almost dies (again), before they FINALLY talk about all this? God, this is so dumb that I actually laughed out loud.
The art looks like it was pulled from the draft stage, and it's downright ugly. It's telling when the art from the extras (which looks like one of those short comics that mangaka post on Twitter) looks like it had more effort put into it than the main story did. It's all angst and I didn't care about any of the characters or what happened to them—not that it wasn't blatantly obvious from the start where each story would go.
