Description

Although Rita Cardinale married Grand Duke Giuseppe Catane to help her lover George become emperor, she is stabbed in the back by the love of her life and loses her entire family. As Rita uses her alchemy to try and stop the emperor's army from taking her fallen husband's land, she is sent back in time to right before she's married. Full of vengeance, Rita wants to stop George from becoming emperor. For her plan to work, she marries Giuseppe again, but why is he acting so different from before?

Meh. Needs more character development. People are all already in love, in hate, in greed, etc. You don't get to see why they're like that. Also very cliche

Mary Sue FL with plans that never fail

2nd make lead that is just there
A corrupt church in a nation devoted to church
Stiff looking art

Not very original but after reading way too many “simpering, pouty and blushing” FLs that just fall over themselves when with the toxic male lead, I can say that this was better. **Mediocre with some problematic aspects. **

Just don't blame me if you get frustrated with it. I love the artworks but such a shame.

The story was about how FL regretted her foolish ways in her past life falling for the wrong person and was given the 2nd chance to prevent the disaster to the empire.

The miscommunication trope was so thick you cannot cut it with a knife 💀 I am glad that this manga will end its story in season 2.

As others have said, this one just isn't very good. The MC is a very typical Mary Sue who seems to have all powers and is capable of mastering anything she even casually tries, except of course when the plot dictates she suddenly can't do anything.
The villains are as 2D as they get and the supporting cast all feel like they were copy-pasted from every other romfan. Her husband is the cliche quite supportive husband who loves her from the background, which I don't feel is that bad, so I'm surprised how much hate there is for this when you rarely see people get POd when a wife just supports the family in the background.

I dropped it because it just didn't feel worth my time and all the cliches and plot holes made it feel too cringy.

love how Rita is an independent woman who don't need no man. she's so cool
unfortunately the story is 100% fall-into-your-lap mary sue shlock. art's not good either.
it's still enough that i'm having fun though 👍.

This was not well translated and unfortunately just not well made in general. None of the characters are likable. Part of me hopes the female lead never gets her daughter back, the male lead is essentially a lamp post for all he affects the story - he's there and that's about all you can say. This just felt like a soul-less re-telling of a story we have read before.
