I really liked the setup for this book. Most fat to thin books piss me off, but this one was better then most for multiple different reason.. but what was with that ending.. I will not give anything away about it.. but just know when you read this, you will have questions at the end.. subplots were dropped for a really rushed ending.

Which is why I am only giving this a 6/10. But to be fair, even if the story had kept going and everything was wrapped up in a nice bow, I probably still would not have given it anything higher then an 8. Though I love how the author represented that losing weight is hard (can't just drop 100lb in a week because you try really hard (that is unhealthy, and probably impossible) which is what most fat to thin authors do in their books) , the story itself... needed work/polish.

I see people calling this a light read, and while they're technically not wrong, they leave out that this work is extremely shallow and superficial. There is no depth here at all and it's only been getting worse over time. However, I can see why people would keep reading it, as it's not actually bad. It's just simply not good. Light hearted indeed...
