Some of it is medically accurate and some really doesn't know etiquette in medicine. As someone who also pursuing that line of work, I really avoid this kind of genre since it really irks me very much.
I really hate to admit it but, ethical physicians are still bound by the principle of beneficence to save a patient’s life in an emergency, regardless of the circumstances of the patient. If the patient later 'escaped' without paying, the hospital admin may seek to recover expenses, but the doctor can't be held liable for the payment as long as the intervention was within the scope of emergency medical duty. The appropriate defense is that treatment was carried out under implied consent to preserve life. This may result to bad relations with hospital admin but the doctor's primary obligation is for the patient’s survival, with financial and admin issues falling under hospital management, not the individual doctor. Thus, even the offer of the one who claimed to be the owner of the hospital is a way unethical as well. Do understand that this is just a drama but I really am not fond of the way how this will work.
In addition, having a myopia, the art is not for me. This is my first time that I, literally, experiencing a crossed eyes while reading the work.
Also, the character's personality were good as is. A cold personality of the ML and a human 'golden retriever' FL. These were a typical scope in common manhwas were Cinderella's way of life, which are already mediocre in so many ways.
