I love it. The characters, so far have nothing to be complained, and have so many to be looking forward to. Seki Youji, the 'this cool guy' in the summary, only cool when he doesn't open his mouth, otherwise he's a wacko who makes gay jokes and pervert jokes. And he's also someone who all smiley outside but knows many pains inside, like our main girl. I also like the friendship between him and Kanda. Together they make stupid jokes in front of the others, but actually they can't share the bond they have to other people that easily.
Not to mention Haru, she's adorable (she's smoking while crying from the coughs, with those angry eyes) no wonder Youji loves her at the first sight. She has an attitude, she doesn't really like Youji open affection but it doesn't make her decisions blinded by hate, she's firm, and she literary kicked Aki's tomb.
I like the art, it gives you a somehow different feeling right from the start. The panel's done so artistically. And how the monologues being told remind me of Immortal Rain.
I want to know more of Youji's past, I want to know how Youji be friended with Kanda, I want to know what happpen to Aki's body, and the most important thing is I want to know how Youji and Haru's relationship will develop. GIVE ME MOAR.
5-6 years, and no one picks this up? And it's already 15 years, but it's ongoing on the 6 vols? Slow release or hiatus?
When I tried this I never knew it could be so good. If I knew I would never read this knowing that it had been abandoned for years. Should've known better.

A few years ago I started reading this manga and really liked it. The story is kind of sad, but at the same time it's told in a really soft way with many funny moments. The artwork is different from what most people would go for, at first I didn't like it, but it grew on me and now I think it's really unique and suits the story really well. Today I remembered about it and wanted to start reading it again. To my surprise no one picked it up where Hush left off. Which it's really sad since it's such a great manga. Let's hope someone gives it a try at scanlating it again.

I'm disappointed that no one has picked up this project for years. The character drawings aren't too attractive but but the presentation of some scenes are pretty creative and artistic at evoking feelings i.e. the use of having images and words against a black background. The plot messy (i managed to get my hands on the summaries for the next couple of chapters), but yet, i'm addictive to the characters who seem to laugh and smile on the outside- but seem to carry painful burdens inside. And I love the over-the-top antics of the main guy and his guy friend- i.e.pretending to be gay. And there is also a mystery component on aki's missing body.
