Starts simple and grows increasingly complex and deep

This webtoon starts as a leisurely paced comedy in which Gi-han attempts to deal with becoming a child again. It's really funny, and to be honest, it would have been a pretty good story had it been just that. But this story gets much, much more deeper than that. What seems like a slice-of-life comedy at first is in reality a psychological game of chess with critical examination about life, success, and failures. This story gives you twist after twist and every time you think you've figured out the characters, it throws you another curve ball that makes you rethink everything. This story is one of most complex time traveling sci-fis I've read and boy is it worth it.
In the author's closing comments, he says he was initially hesitant to launch the webtoon into the real story he wanted to tell, because the comedy-central beginning was being well received. For sure, the comedy is hilarious, but the real story he wanted to tell is really great. It's not like the comedy goes away completely either. The ridiculous drawings and humor always manages to perfectly break into the story even in very serious situations. It's a heavy, but fun story.
If you can read Korean, go read it now. If you don't, let's hope that it gets translated faster.
