If you read this for timetravel/second chance, skip. If you read this for revenge, skip. If you read for detective mystery with clever mastermind villainess, skip. This is psych thriller/horror for those who like to see the protagonist suffer.
The author tried to write mystery, but instead of supergenius mastermind villainess that concoct clever chain of tricks, the actual result is just foggy psych thriller with random jumpscares. It's that annoying to read, since it's basically just the protagonist getting battered all around by random nonsensical "scheming plot" jumpscares that require the universe to behave like a domesticated hamster in front of its supposed master, the mastermind villainess.
It would have been better if the protagonist is at least portrayed as helpless damsel in distress, then at least all these random batterings the protagonist take could be chalked up to her powerlessness. But the protagonist is supposed to be this competent and smart, further living her second life (a cheat); but all her efforts seem to be rendered pointless by the utter fabulous force of universe in absolute obedience to the villainess. Like what's the point?
Unless you like psych thriller, I seriously suggest skip this. Actually even if you like psych thriller, the point in the last paragraph might still make you frustrated at how unfair the world setup is.
Even the time travel/second chance part doesn't really save this shitty writing. As of chapter 50, the little "revenges" are not even that satisfying (if at all). Seriously skip this, or at least wait until it's completed to the end, unless you're a psych thriller/horror fan that is.
