According to the author, the main story is supposed to be slapstick comedy but I honestly didn't find it very funny or interesting at all for that matter lol. Lead characters are loud yet rather stale and boring, and their banter was humourless and not fun to read most of the time. I came to find them more tolerable in Masaki and Daichi's story but that's only after their screen time has been greatly reduced so.. loll. Speaking of the young guys, their story is your standard BL childhood friends-turned-lovers romance with a particularly thickheaded guy as one of the protagonists. It feels a bit more wholesome compared to the teachers' story but it's nothing that made me swoon over. I guess the only thing I actually liked from this manga was the chibi art.
