I'm slightly disappointed. I found the uke to be a drag, with little to no personality at all which was masqueraded behind a 'cold' stock character personality, the typical angsty 'emo' kid. I imagined his background with the delinquents and violence would've revealed a greater backstory, but it felt flat, and nothing was really explained. If I had to put it bluntly, he's boring.
Also, something that bothered me was when the seme called that side-character-uke-rival-stalker creepy for obvious stalking reasons. My thoughts: So, what? You, a professor seeking out one of your students, pressuring him and forcing yourself into his life only 'cause he's your type isn't creepy at all? Okay.
And I know most reviewers said development was slow. But it wasn't. The pace of the manga was slow, which I thought was well done until the sudden escalation. This story only occurred over a few days, so if you ask me, sexing your student within the first few weeks or so is pretty fast to me. It felt somewhat predatory to me but then again he's a student in uni/college, so it was probably just me and due to the fact that the uke just seems like your typical kid who doesn't know what the hell is going on and just lets the seme walk all over him.
The positives. The art, of course, and the pacing(as much as I hated the quick development.) I liked the moments when they were together looking at the sky and scenery, with the camera, which were perfect slice-of-life moments. I also have to congratulate on the fact that the uke wasn't annoying or whiny, but I must digress, boring. The seme, ignoring his creepier moments since it's a yaoi, because what are you going to do if not suddenly force yourself into someone's life to start a story?, especially when it's the 'forbidden student teacher relationship'(so I'll let it slide), had a fun personality that was somewhat likeable. I guess one could say it was a nicer, refreshing and colourful one that balanced against the bore of an uke.
(The second story was typical and forgettable, childhood friends, both obviously in love with eachother but for petty reasons hiding it, creating misunderstandings and hurting people's feelings. You're better off skipping it.)
