Description

Honestly I would have put a slightly higher rating if it wasn't for the last 10 chapters.
Writer keeps introducing important characters and plot points for them to never appear again. Don't expect to see Toas past the first 10 chapters😕 Elias also barely appear after he got cured.
Characters: 5/10, meh. Main Character is inconsistent and uninteresting to read about. ML is boring. Dewey is useless.
Romance: 2/10, I'm honestly uncomfortable about the ML being the same guy that should have been her adopted brother? It didn't go through but it's weird with how much the possibility of adopting her was a plot point in the first season, and mc's original goal. Elias was more interesting but he got put to background character jail :c
World building: 4/10, the concept with the god is interesting but badly written. I hate the super abilities.
Story: 4/10, meh. MC tends to forget past plot points and be kinda stupid, characters acts OOC or nonsensical for plot reasons and the story itself is predictable and bland. MC never feels like she really deserve her achievements since she doesn't really work for it. She experienced 0 drawbacks after being taken in so she got 0 character development, it makes the whole thing feels childish. The only "drawbacks" were not real since she prayed for it to have an unnatural lack of consequences.
Art: 5.5/10, not breathtaking but it looks alright.
Bottom line: Meh. You can read it but don't expect anything great or memorable.

Dropped after chapter 39.. The story felt like a mishmash of other “author transmitted/reborn as the villain” stories. The humor missed the mark and the MCs personality is all over the place.

It starts out as a very very cliche 'author somehow ended up in their own book' story, but then it seemed to deviate at around chapter 3 or 4 (I forget). For a few chapters it actually showed a lot of promise, and I regretfully purchased the remainder of the series...
Right around chapter 10 (I also forget ^_^' ), the story starts throwing in really random and inconsistent plot points. The MC becomes just a complete caricature Mary Sue with all the powers, all the amazing looks, legions of loving fans, and multiple conflicting origin stories. The author really didn't care about internal consistency so things like characters ages, origins, backgrounds, political beliefs, etc change constantly. On that note, things and characters frequently happen that are made out to be very significant only for them to be forgotten about or overwritten later.

The last 10 or so chapters are basically the author slinging major changes or supposedly new major revelations almost like a fireworks finale. Some of them are actually duplicates that were done earlier, some were telegraphed to the point where it's confusing how it's being treated as something dramatic, some seem like random efforts to tie together some of the earlier random threads, and some are just plain weird and random.

If you're into random and crazy series, and are OK handwaiving away plot holes/etc, you may actually like it, but I really didn't enjoy this one.
