It’s only the first chapter that she cannot control her newly processed drunk body. After that she do whatever she wants.

Emotional Depth Undercut by the isekai FL

This is one of those stories that I think would have been stronger if the FL had actually been a regressor or even truly isekai’d as Agnus. The author goes all in on the FL pretending to be over her first love, which is funny, but every other character is weighed down with tragic childhoods and unresolved trauma. Even her first love, who she treated terribly, is written as more sympathetic than bitter. Their relationship feels like one long tragedy of kids who never grew past their pain.

Because of that, all the other characters—especially the ML—carry heavy emotional weight, while the FL feels more like an outsider. She’s technically Agnus, but not “Agnus enough” to fully sell the depth of those emotions. In the end, her isekai status actually undercuts some of the most emotional scenes.

That said, there are good points. Despite being a fan, the FL isn’t written as annoying—likely because the author gives readers a break by focusing on other characters. Still, I was disappointed with the Black Knights. The FL never develops any combat skills, and the knights themselves feel flat and one-note.

Would I recommend it? Yes. It’s lighthearted enough, the cast isn’t unlikeable, and it makes for a fun read overall. Just expect some uneven writing choices. For instance, it makes no sense that the FL only decides at the last minute to learn how to stop the rift, when earlier chapters made it seem like she already knew what to do.

FL is not in control of her actions when she first meets the ML which immediately sours their relationship. I'm not a fan of these types where protag can't control themselves for no other reason just cause the author says so
