Atau Soiuchirou has problems with his fearsome expression, he can't have friends and when he enters a club they all give up leaving him alone, but he is very good at drawing and finds inspiration in a senpai.

Not bad, but it definitely falls under a few overdone tropes and suffers from an art issue.
I love the scary person/cutesy person trope, but they really leaned so heavily into it as it became most of the plot (aside from the art stuff). The sexual abuse related BL tropes were meh, it made sense in some ways with the teacher but made less sense with the students.
The art was both decent and also the weakest link. It looked aesthetically pleasing, especially the angry looking main lead, but the characters are a bit... chibi. Seriously, the uke is meant to be a senior, roughly 17 years old, and he looks 9. The seme baaarely looks older. It makes the sex scenes a bit shota looking, totally unavoidable seeing it that way.
Overall, not bad but I probably won't recommend it to friends. =\
Very cute art style, and I love the characters a lot. I am so glad we get to see them progress a bit through life together
I have to say this art style took me quite back; the mangaka herself also acknowledged that it’s ‘outdated’ haha. While I don’t think it’s that old-fashion, it does remind me of some past trends that I haven’t seen in awhile, so that sure was a throwback. Her manga also falls along the same line, with the Beauty and the Beast types of characters and the idealistic and selfless love they possess, which is actually sort of refreshing in the current climate of BL. Overall it’s pretty heartwarming and endearing to see how devoted the main couple are for each other, especially since they’re very cute and innocent in their own right.
