The manga title I am looking for has this plot. There was a girl. She doesn't go to school but hide out at some bar. I think she has a mentality of a grade schooler since she didn't go to middle or high school for some reason. A strange man looked at her and maybe gave her a card or something. He was the principal or chairman of this school or told her about the school. The school was strange and full of weird people. The school is a free place or sanctuary for people. People can do whatever they want at the school. The girl met a guy and he was a former soccer player that was once famous. She also met a Lolita girl and a boy with glasses who is good with computers. They each have their own reasons staying at the school. I remember that in the end, the school was about to be demolished but the kid with the glasses bought it from the money he is making and rebuilt the school. He and the main protagonist got married or something too.
