Hi there!

I'm looking for a manga where the main characters are elementary school boys(let's say 4-5-6th graders), or where a big part of the plot revolves about them. I'm not really looking for romance or anything like that, just the daily lives of boys that age or something related to that (it could be sports related, or a comedy).


For example:
Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou - I really enjoyed this one, even when the characters where a bit older.
Nichijou - I really love this one! Very funny and easy to binge read.
Kyou no 5 no 2 - Another one I liked. Even when the main characters are a bit "mature" for their age.


But for some reason, mangas like those are really hard to find. Usually the focus is either on girls, over sexualized situations, or older characters.

Could you help me find a manga like these?

A difficult request. Probably because there's "nothing cute" about young boys, you rarely find manga featuring them, and even less that are scanlated

Jigokudou Reikai Tsuushin was rather fun. Unfortunately, scanlations seem to have ground to a halt.

Shounen Maid

Gogo Monster - On the weird side.

Inai Boku wa Hotarumachi ni Iru - Slice-of-life, tragedy.

Aka-chan to Boku, Boku Wa Ne - Both have young male protagonists, but the focus is on family rather than friends.

Tonari no Seki-kun - The protagonist is his (female) best friend/possible future GF, but the story does revolve around the boy.

Kami-sama ga Uso o Tsuku. - Main character is a 6th grade boy.

Kodomo wa Wakatte Agenai - Main characters are a boy and girl who are rather young.

Kodomo no Omocha - The main character is a girl, but there is a lot of focus on the male lead. Characters are in elementary school.

Boku Wa Ne - About a boy in elementary school and his family.

Seishun Kouryakuhon - About high school boys but has a similar feel to some of the ones you listed.
