No idea if the art will appeal to you, but it's pretty good in my eyes and is pretty consistent. It's a BDSM progression which is somewhat asexual so far, the male protagonist has feelings for the female but their interactions are purely bondage stuff. It's pretty believable, as far as most manga storylines go, with the characters acting like actual humans and such and not like mindless porn stars. It's not fully scanlated, there's just over 70 chapters so far, and it's still being released in Japan.
