Complex is one of the most unique manga I've ever read! I like the fact how the story goes on from when our characters are very young to when they eventually get old and die. Well I know there's probably no manga like that storyline again, but still, is there ANYTHING CLOSE to this kind of plot!
Thanks in advance smile

Try New york New york.
It isn´t completly like Complex, but they both gave of the same feeling. It's a good read though, so don´t let that put you off.

Wow! That was a great manga with both amazing art and plot! I loved it! To be honest I wasn't gonna read it at first cause I don't really like old manga, but I'm so happy I read it! That as great! Thanks!!!!

I agree with you, Complex is a very unique manga and one of my all time favorites. I cried like a little kid in the end... For me, Merry Family Plan FIRST STORY reminds me a bit of Complex. BUT, if you have a problem with sketchy art, I don't recommend it.

Complex tells us the story of a couple as time pass by, the problems they faced after starting a relationship and society issues. In Merry Family Plan too, we have the story of a couple as time pass by, the problems afterwards and so as questions we see in Complex too: "My partner used to be straight...", the pressure of parents for "the ideal family" or "where this relationship is going?". Complex has more drama and more twists than Merry Family Plan, but both carry a more realistic plot when dealing with homossexual relationships.
