I'm looking for a shoujo manga where the leading girl and the leading guy went to high school to debut and make lots of friends, but then they found that the student council was corrupt and bullied those with low grades?

The leading girl had a strong personality, but the guy was physically strong!

Note: In the end, the female lead runs for student council president. and the previous student council president - his parents owned the school?
