Or Reiji from Kodomo no Jikan. That guy is to creepy to let around children.

As for who scares me I'd have to say Fran from Franken Fran. I would avoid her by any means necessary. I know she usually means well but she does some sick stuff to people.

At the moment, a few characters out of Elfen Lied scare me, particularly Lucy. I like her cos shes the protagonist (in a manner of speaking), but at the same time she scares me cos she has almost no qualms about hacking everyone and anyone to peices. It makes for quite a few gruesome scenes in the story.

Most of the characters in Shiiku Gakari Rika scared me so much I can't look at all-boys boarding schools the same way now ^_^''.
Ryu from Shaman King is the creepiest imitation of Elvis ever seen by mankind.
Many executioners/torturers from Berserk and their...innovative means of torture are scary as heck too.
The chick from Akujo Seisho is a promising candidate for the title of evil incarnate.
The guys in Model, only because of the "omgsogoth" attitude,anatomically retarded artwork and lipstick for guys...creepy.

The pedo from Excel Saga. I had nitemares about that guy.
Hisoka from Hunter X Hunter. His face is creepy, and he's willing to get his arms cut off to look cool. >>;
Yuno from Mirai Nikki. I don't know how someone can be so crazy. She acts normal for a while, and you forget about it, and then she hits you with her crazy stick once again.
Asura (sp?) from Soul Eater. He attacks people with his excess skin, and manages to make everyone around him feel crazy. D:

Uhhh, just noticed how girly my choices are. I really do like guy manga, truly! I can't stand panty shots though... PM me, and give me guyish manga that don't have that. ^^

I suppose that I'll have to say Orochimaru too. But he made me laugh more or less because that's just my sense of humor.

Other than that, name any of Yuki Kaori's villains, and he will scare the creeps out of me.

Another vote for Orochimaru over here, though less terrifying and more creepy in 'don't ant to meet him in a dark alley' kind of manner. Need I explain?

I have to say that Lucy (Elfen Lied) is around about terrifying- yet oddly endearing, too 😉

A bunch of the characters from Ichi the Killer, especially Ichi. --> People getting pleasure from inflicting and experiencing extreme amounts of pain freaks me out.
Yonemi Kamon from Battle Royale. --> same reason as Ichi the Killer.
Friends Followers from 20th Century Boys --> again, the same reason and their extreme devotion to a masked guy is just plain wierd.

So... psycho... and yet... I couldn't help but cheer for her at some points... and then... BAM she brings you back to reality... and that happens all over again a few times...

Well, yeah that wasn't much of a spoiler... But just to stay on the safe side.

I can't recall the characters name but the thing that just mess me up is those "character" where you can't tell if they are good or not also are their sane or INSANE!!! How they speak,do etc just confuse if the heck out of you when you don't get them...
Its probably just me i love to have my hand wrap around things..

Smart psychotic bad guys, like Johan from Monster, because you know that they could "erase" you without dirtying their own hands or having anyone know what actually happened. I don't mean yakuza bosses or whatever, I specifically mean the type who use their intellect to do their dirty work, and who are just creepy as a result. Though, at the same time, he's one of my favourite characters because of that quality of his...

Maybe that psycho blondie gal from Bitter virgin. Those characters who're mentally unhinged and spend their time wavering from 1 state to another(like from super psychotic to super happy/super nice) are the most frightening 'cos you can never tell what they're thinking of next.

Now, if we're talking about people like Johan, the psychos from MPD Psycho, Kanou from Okane Ga Nai, Asami from Viewfinder, etc.,: hmmm... generally, though... most of such characters don't really freak me out 'cos I admire their capacity for intelligence, ruthlessness and cruelty. In essence, they're classified as "people I'd want to know about but whom I'd never want to meet" like the serial killers and psychos I sometimes dedicate my time to reading about. 🙂

Orochimaru, fo sho. Otherwise I can't really think of any.
