surprised noones said Black Lagoon..... also Baccano!, but it's anime (might be a manga too?, dunno) .....but theres some assasssin/mercanary type characters....lots of action

If it's on this site, it's a manga. I was going to suggest, but the main characters aren't the assassins though they do get mixed up with abunch
