I'm actually looking for two things.

1. For the first request I think I read a topic that was orientated towards this a while back but I couldn't find it when I searched.
   Basically I'm looking for a yaoi where there is an uke and a seme but somewhere later on in the story the uke shockingly tops the seme.
   It would be better if this was a really unexpected outcome but whatever you can recommend is fine. {I'm not really looking for a reversible couple manga just one where the uke randomly tops the seme for whatever reason. Like Misaki from junjou romantica topping Usagi which hasn't actually happened but a lot of people wish it would 😛 }

2. For my second request, I've been searching for a manga where the uke was originally a straight playboy/host type character. Preferrably not a cute girly type cuz those are the worst.

No tragedies please (unless the tragedies don't involve the two main characters deaths or something)

For the 2nd request, do you mean boys that are, like, hustlers?

w-zzy - I meant like a guy who either goes out with a lot of girls and changes them all the time or a guy who works as a host which is a place where hot guys make use of their good looks and get money for entertaining women.
(not quite sure what you mean by hustler but it sounds like the same thing so yeah)

Oh, I got you wrong there. By hustler I mean a boy selling his body, male prostitution sort of. My english is not the best. But it seem like host is a more "willing" way of hustling. But I missed your word straight so nevermind it.
