I'm looking for a story where the main girl(or guy) only goes out with a guy (or girl) not necessarily because she likes him romantically, but because she doesn't want to lose him.

im not sure if this counts but in Cheese in the Trap the female lead and male lead officially start a relationship because the girl grabs his hand when he was about to leave
