We are in dire need for staff. We've only been losing staff members and not gaining any and it's putting a strain on our projects at the moment. We NEED cleaners and typesetters. A Japanese translator is needed for the projects T.R.A.P. and a Japanese or Korean translator for Dark Seed. Japanese translators are also needed to help speed up other projects. We also are in need of an efficient proofreader for our upcoming project Bakuon Rettou. But my main priority is finding a Japanese translator for T.R.A.P. and Dark Seed. For Dark Seed, you do not need to be a permanent translator for us, freelance will do, we only have a volume and a chapter left until it's finished.
Just because we release twice a week does not mean we do not need more staff. My staff and I have been working very hard to be able to release that frequently, but as the staff decreases like this, we will not be able to continue releasing at that rate. I lost two staff members yesterday already.
We only currently have 4 (one of which is not active atm) translators, two cleaners (one is only semi-active), two typesetters (one is only semi-active), three proofreaders (one is not active atm), and one quality checker for 9 projects and 2 upcoming projects. I did not take on more than I thought we could handle, because the staff used to be much larger and active. : ( I currently clean almost all projects except 2 and typeset 3 of them. And my other admin quality checks ALL of the projects by himself. Please apply in the forum, experience is not needed though it is nice.

Sorry, the only thing I can do is typeset though...

We are looking for typesetters also. ^^ All you have to do is take the test in our forum.
