• Not a BL that is meant to satisfy the fangirls, but takes Boy Love in a more serious manner
• Somewhat well-written story
• Story and characters aren't too simple, has some 'depth'
• Several moments that makes heart flutter (that isn't cliche fiction moments)

I prefer if the character interactions seems realistic and not like fiction, but I'm ok if it isn't if that BL is that good.

I like: Doukyuusei, Here U Are, Koimonogatari (Love Stories), Hyperventilation, Kings Maker

Not looking for smthg like Pond Snail Robber, Heesu in Class (I prefer more 'depth' in the story and characters)

I'm not familiar with all examples you gave, but considering the first part I suggest:
Canis
Tokyo Shinjuu (Totempole)
Life Senjou no Bokura
Ryu no Otto Boukoku no Kami (this one is fantasy with human and dragon, but there's a lot of food for thought)
Anything from Est Em and Arai Niboshiko

For a bit more lighter stuff but still, I'd say, meeting your criteria would be most of the stuff from Yoshio Akira and maybe Sensei, Mou Dame Desu.
